When you need it done yesterday: We can offer 24-hour expedited filing and an LLC minute book with forms with overnight shipping. Our services can include completing and filing these LLC forms, ordering the LLC book and providing you with specific written instructions about operating the LLC, attending or preparing the minutes for the first meeting, drafting the operating agreement, issuing certificates of ownership etc., all of which are optional but recommended procedures or funding the LLC which is required. For our standard services, LLC charges are $900 (including the filing service charges of $174) assuming expedited service is not required, otherwise plus $350 if 24-hour expedited and plus $95 for the LLC minute book. I will fax orders as soon as your check clears (cash or equivalent is faster), send you written instructions and an acknowledgment for your and your member's signature that I represent the LLC only.
